Technical Integrations Architects, US-based

Operations, Platform Operations Team

Bango is looking to hire 3 technical Integrations Architects to be responsible for reviewing and writing technical specifications and designs, working with customers to agree technical solutions. Reporting to the Technical Business Development Manager and based in San Jose, CA you will work closely with the Payment Integrations Team, and sales, account management and development teams to deliver exciting integration projects.

The role:

  • You will be a technically focussed "go to" person supporting Operator connections/integrations and customer requirements to achieve integrations. You will analyze and understand customer and Operator technical requirements; advising on the feasibility of integrations with the Bango platform and suggesting technical development improvements to support these requirements
  • You will advise on technical integrations, from technical discovery to launch readiness, including: attending project calls, co-ordination between integration teams and creation of solution designs.
  • You will produce technical documentation for project scoping and technical specifications, such as sequence diagrams, testing requirements and handover specifications and provide technical advice in areas of the Bango Platform for continuous improvement.

Essential requirements:

  • Understanding of Web API's and Web Services
  • Ability to interpret detailed technical documentation and translate this in an easy to understand design
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask with a high level of numeracy, literacy skills
  • Experience in a customer-focused role with excellent communication and presentation skills in person and via video/phone conferences to non-native English speakers.
  • Bachelors degree in relevant field (e.g. Computer Science)

Desirable:

  • Experience using Jira and a working exposure to Agile/SCRUM methodology
  • Language skills
