Integrations Developer - Mobile Payments Group

We are looking for talented developers to join our expanding development team, to work in the Mobile Payments Group. You will contribute to connecting leading app stores to the Bango Platform and mobile carriers worldwide. You can expect to be working on multiple integrations between Bango and third party payment solutions and be a key enabler to allow payment for content on user's mobile phone bills.

The team typically works on around 20 integrations simultaneously, and each project is expected to be technically integrated within 2-3 weeks. You will get to work with mainstream technologies, including Microsoft .NET, SQL Server and Web Services.

The Role

  • Extending our payment services with plug-in Billing modules and connectivity between third party systems
  • Analysis and review of payments APIs and coding against these APIs
  • Provisioning and configuration, setup and maintenance of new and existing billing connections
  • On boarding of carriers and customers with integration test plans, by phone, email and occasional site visits
  • Supporting third party connectivity with Web Services, SFTP, etc. to utilise the full feature set of mobile payments
  • Working with Finance and Operations for capture of metrics and delivery of reporting, such as transactional settlement and refund processing

Essentials

  • Working knowledge of .NET technologies including C# and/or VB.NET and SQL Server development
  • Confident with multi-task delivery to short timescales (typically 2-3 week release cycles)
  • Experience of at least one year in a commercial development environment
  • Understanding of third party integration technologies, including Web Services, SOAP, HTTP and XML
  • Eligible to work in UK (on minimum Tier 1 visa not requiring sponsorship)

Desirable

  • Proven experience integrating with other third party payment provider solutions such as Google Checkout, PayPal, WorldPay or similar
  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Ability to speak/read another language (in particular French and/or German)
