In 2007 Animation FC was contracted by Perform (then called Premium TV) to provide animated mobile content for top UK football clubs including Tottenham Hotspur FC, West Ham Utd FC, Aston Villa FC, Leeds United FC, Manchester City FC and Sunderland FC. The content was specially tailored for each club and use of Bango billing allowed fans to easily download and pay for content anywhere in the world.
Content is sold through the clubs’ Perform hosted mobile sites as well as through the club websites using the Bango Web Trigger. Additionally the clubs also promote their mobile site via an SMS shortcode using the Bango Txt Trigger. Here, users simply text CLUBNAME to 62866 and receive a WAP Push back to their mobile which, when clicked on, takes them directly to the club mobile site where they are free to browse news and information and buy content.
Perform / Animation FC integrated with Bango to offer clubs the ability to charge for their content world-wide. Bango’s unique global payment system offers a seamless and transparent experience for users including compliance to the Payforit billing standard in the UK. Fans can also pay for content using debit/credit card and PayPal.
By signing up for a Bango Target package (now called Bango Payment World) Animation FC found a comprehensive, global solution that enables them to focus on managing each site and developing great content.

For no extra fee from Bango, Perform/Animation FC are able to collect payment from fans world-wide.
