Three ways to keep your finger on the pulse
Be sure to check the Bango Service Blog regularly. This is frequently updated by our Customer Service team, and enables you to learn about up-to-the-minute service updates, releases or third party issues. As soon as we hear of anything we will share our knowledge with you on the blog. We would recommend that you subscribe to the RSS feed to ensure you do not miss any vital updates.
We also deliver service updates through our Knowledgebase. This is updated with the most serious service issues. We would recommend that you take a moment to subscribe to this answer, as you will then receive an e-mail from us when any new information is added.
http://bango.com/live is a fascinating window onto the traffic flowing through the Bango system. It shows a real time sample of the live traffic that we see. Wap.com members will see their name in lights as they visit Bango powered sites. You can see traffic coming from an amazing range of countries, you may decide to tailor your offering to a global market after seeing this information. Be careful though, watching the traffic flow through can have a hypnotic effect!
And of course don't forget the Bango Forums where you can discuss anything you see above with your peers in the mobile community as well as with members of the Bango team!
