Customer Update August 6th, 2007 |
|
Bango launches a new consumer support siteAs a tool to help encourage a positive consumer experience, we're very pleased to announce the all new Bango.net web site. This is a new consumer focussed support site which will provide general help for your customers. It is now live and replaces the previous Bango World of Content pages. Your customers will be able to visit Bango.net on a PC to discover answers to frequently asked questions and information on common issues such as credit card security and available payment methods. Useful guides will be made available on the site, and users will be able to search the Bango Knowledgebase for further information as required. In the coming weeks we will also enable users to review their transactions and self-serve at this PC site as well as on their mobile phone. End user forumsTo complement the growing popularity of our free content provider forums (http://forums.bango.com) we have launched a new forum for end users - http://forums.bango.net . This is a platform for mobile phone users to ask questions and discuss topics of interest with their peers. They can share opinions on the latest handsets, content, and the mobile web in general. We are very happy to help you support your customers with general queries. Don't forget though that to ensure Payforit compliance you need to provide a primary customer care channel. We've made this easy for you as we provide a way you can supply your details to your customers in the Bango.net billing and help pages. You just need to log in to Bango.com and fill out your customer care details. If you have any feedback or suggestions on how we could improve this consumer site then please take a moment to visit the content provider forums and share your thoughts with us. Kind regards Bango customer services | |
Explanation of Sales figuresIf you have permission to see the sales figures for your packages, these are shown above. Please note that these figures are total sales for your content. If you don't have any sales figures in the email, then the person who set up the Bango package has not given you permission to see this data. To view past customer updates, click here |
