Payforit complianceBango provides you with all the guidance and support you need to take full advantage of global WAP billing for your mobile content. As the UK market counts-down to the introduction of the Payforit mobile billing scheme in September, we will help you ensure that your services both comply with, and profit from, the revenue and marketing opportunities the scheme presents. As a brief reminder, here are some of the key check points for your sites: Pricing your content. The Payforit billing platform requires content only to be sold at the supported price points. If the pricing is not exact then on-bill will not be presented to the customer and alternative payment methods will be shown. We maintain an up to date list of all the supported price points here Customer care. You need to provide an email address and a phone number that is manned during UK working hours and which has an answering service otherwise. We've made this even easier for you by providing a way for you to display your details to your customers in the billing and help pages. You just need to log in to Bango.com and fill out your customer care details. If you cannot provide a manned phone support service, you can use Bango's support details instead. Marketing rules. Bango provides a standardized opt-in user flow and an API that allows you to determine the opt-in status of your customers. The Bango payment flow allows for an additional post-payment page to be displayed to the user. The page represents two checkboxes - one to opt into marketing messages for your service and another to opt in to marketing messages from your partners.
