User information best practice

We are often asked if it's possible for content providers to obtain their customers' phone numbers. In fact, Bango provides the User Information service which is an API that allows you to receive valuable information about your customers.

It is possible for you to receive the user's marketing opt-in status, their Bango Fingerprint and their phone number (for approved purposes). This article will help you ensure that your services both comply with, and profit from, the revenue and marketing opportunities the service presents. Bango Analytics coming soon

We recently gave you a sneak preview of our new statistics module, also known as Bango Analytics. This is now at the EAP stage and will go live in the coming weeks. We have added some new screenshots of the tools on our blog. So take a look and tell us what you think in the feedback area of our forum.


Sprint subscriptions

Great news to start the New Year, you can now charge Sprint users on-bill for subscriptions. So if you already have Sprint billing enabled you can start taking on-bill subscriptions today. It's as easy as adding a subscription payment model in your Bango Management Tools.
