Stats now live with a wealth of new features
This year you'll see exciting new developments to the Management tools area. The first step in this totally new look and feel is in Statistics. Here's a quick overview of what's new:
- Txt/Web Triggers – find out where your users are coming from and plan your marketing strategy accordingly. - see January 29, 2007 update for more info
- Tell a friend - check how successful your viral marketing campaigns are
- Favorites - view information on saved favorites
- Refunds - view refund information
- Customer spend - see who your top ten biggest spenders are each month
- Forecasting - check your projected sales/visits/transactions for the current month. (Bango Target and Bango Advantage customers only)
Get early access to new service features
Over the next few months the Management tools will be further overhauled and include many new features and enhancements. We are always looking for your feedback – what do you like, what do you use the most, what’s missing? Please let us have your feedback.
We’ve had great success with our Early Access Program to date and are looking for a couple more customers to join this program. You’ll be given early access to new services before they go live and all we ask is your feedback.
