In this week's update...Two new features, an important update and a free webinarNew features add value to our blogAs you know, the Bango Service blog is one of the many ways we share our valuable knowledge with you. Information we get from the networks, releases, service updates, you can find it all on our blog. We give you this information to empower you to take control and manage your service to best effect. We have added two features to make the blog even more useful to you. New! - E-mail subscriptionNow you can get a handy summary of our vital blog posts straight into your inbox. Simply subscribe to the mailing list (in the menu on the right of the blog) and we will send you a daily update containing all of the blog posts from that day. You need never miss out on that vital piece of information! New! - Video streamingWe now have the ability to stream our tutorial videos and recordings of our live webinars. Check the blog regularly to see video enabled posts. Simply read a blog, then watch the video stream directly onto the page. Important update - Vodafone ESAs you may have read on our blog and forums there have been some issues recently with accessing mobile sites through Vodafone ES. The Spanish network has introduced transcoding software intended to deliver a better experience when a mobile phone browses a PC web page. Unfortunately the transcoder can interfere with sites that were specifically made for mobile. You can keep up-to-date with developments and find out how your site can be 'white listed' on our Blog. If you have any first hand experience of the issue, or if you notice any change then please let us know - the best place to discuss the issue is our Forum. Don't forget your free webinarWe offer a live webinar every Tuesday that you can watch to learn how to get started with the Bango Management Tools. There's one tomorrow (23rd October) at 4pm BST (11am ET). Even if you've been with us for a while you might find a refresher useful, or you may have new starters that need to know how Bango works. We will go through the Bango Management Tools, explain key Bango concepts and features, and pass on many useful hints and tips to help you get the most out of your Bango account. So feel free to enrol and we'll see you online tomorrow! Kind regards Bango customer services |
