New Bango website - simpler - clearer - cleverer
Tomorrow, Tuesday May 23, Bango will be changing the www.bango.com website and the way you manage your account within the Members' Lounge.
The new site provides a clearer explanation of how Bango works and the benefits
that Bango offers. It's now quicker and easier to sign up for Bango packages, with more information about all the options available.
The main change for customers like yourself will be the way in which you manage your Bango account.
Bye-bye Members' Lounge
We are saying farewell to the separate Members' Lounge and introducing direct access to a range of management tools
in its place – simply login on the home page of Bango.com. Your existing Members' Lounge login
details will still work, so enter your e-mail and password and you'll get straight in.
You can still perform all those familiar tasks, but the whole process becomes more direct
and easier to use.
- A number of new iconic shortcuts have been introduced to take you quickly to the exact area you want.
- For customers with lots of Bango Numbers to manage, we have introduced a range of new filters and search tools so you can quickly access the numbers you want to work on.
- All the Product documentation has been moved to a new area within the Support center, meaning you can access these resources when you need them, whether you are logged in or not.
Building for the future
This marks the first phase of a significant enhancement to the Bango Service, with the majority of our new capabilities hidden beneath the hood. Introducing these enhancements to the Bango engine allows us to quickly add a host of exciting new features and functionality that will make your life even easier.

The next round of Directory auctions is now open and live bidding starts on the following dates:
Position 1 - 30/05/06 3pm GMT (Tuesday)
Position 2 - 31/05/06 3pm GMT
Position 3 - 01/06/06 3pm GMT
Position 4 - 02/06/06 3pm GMT
Explanation of Sales figures
If you have permission to see the sales figures for your packages, these are shown above. Please note that these figures are total sales for your content. If you don't have any sales figures in the email, then the person who set up the Bango package has not given you permission to see this data.
