Best practice guidelines on customizing your customer experienceYou can seamlessly integrate your mobile website with Bango so that your customers’ don’t realize that they’ve left your site. It’s easy – here’s what you need to do. Brand the pagesFully customize the Bango hosted pages with the look and feel of your mobile website. You will continue to benefit from Bango's secure mobile payment technology - as Bango will continue to host the pages - but you can extend your brand identity right across the Bango mobile interface. Having a consistent flow across the entire payment experience gives your customers a sense of comfort and ensures success. Customizations you specify can also be applied to other Bango hosted pages, in addition to the payment pages. This includes: Tell a friend, last visited and directory results. You can read more about how to brand the pages in the Mobile interface branding guide. Tip: If you use our Safe Subscription service you can brand the "My subscriptions" on Bango.net. This is where users view past payments and can cancel if they wish. Content titleWhen you add your content using the Management tools you’re asked to add a “title” to this content. This title is displayed to your customers when they:
Remember to make the title mean something to your customers – don’t use generic words like "billing" or "payment". Use your brand name in the title so that they can identify you easily. Tip: If you’ve enabled Relay functionality you can customize the payment pages even further by over-riding the fixed "title" with additional parameters, Page Title (pt) and Content Title (ct). Home PhraseGet users back to a specific page on your site using the Home Phrase (phone spelling of a Bango Number) when they hit cancel in the payment page. NEW: If you Relay enable your Home Phrase Bango Number, any “p” parameter you pass to a payment page will also be passed to your Home Phrase. This means you can dynamically change where your customer is sent if they hit cancel in the payment flow. Kind regards Bango customer services | |
