Maria leads the Customer Success team, responsible for ensuring the ongoing success of Bango customers. Maria identifies opportunities in product offerings, leveraging partnerships and devising solutions that drive success and contribute to the Bango strategy.
Maria gathers information and feedback from customers. Using that feedback together with Bango plans and marketing input, she creates and implements programs and processes to ensure customers get the most from the Bango Platform. Working across departments, she ensures that customer perspectives are represented at a high level in Bango. She provides insight into customer interactions with Bango technology and services, driving additional business and improved conversion rates.
Prior to this role, Maria was responsible for the quality and performance of the Bango Platform, ensuring that services were always available for Bango partners and operating at the highest standard. She led customer-facing support teams, working closely with operators and app stores, promoting the uptake of services and ensuring the best user experience.
Maria is a seasoned Operations and Customer Success lead who thrives in the complex world of digital markets, technology projects and business development.
Maria loves to travel and particularly enjoys spending time in Asia. In 2013 she spent six weeks volunteering on infrastructure projects in Cambodia. A Spanish native, Maria holds a master’s degree in Telecoms Engineering from the Public University of Navarra in Spain, and has lived in the United Kingdom since 2000.
