Rachel leads the legal function at Bango. She also supports the Bango board in her capacity as company secretary. Rachel is passionate about ensuring the legal and compliance functions don’t just advise the business but add value as a strategic and commercial partner. She has a particular passion and interest in diversity and inclusion and heads up the Bango Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
Rachel has over 20 years’ experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer. Having focused her career in the tech sector, her experience spans private practice and industry, start-ups and listed entities, giving her a strong breadth and depth of experience and a rounded, commercial mindset.

- Sun or snow? Skiing down to a beach would be perfect!
- How do you relax? In my head I swim, water ski, ride horses and play tennis regularly, practice yoga and pilates weekly, and play and listen to music daily. In reality, between work and 3 growing children, I am an avid podcast listener and run (to escape!) when I can. Half marathon is my go-to distance
