Role
As a Business Analyst in the Delivery team, reporting to a Project Delivery Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the successful integration of customer systems into the Bango Platform. You will work directly with customers to build strong relationships, understand their systems, and design integration solutions that unlock value for both them and Bango.You’ll collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Project Managers, Integration Engineers, QA Engineers, and the Managed Services team to ensure that requirements are understood, documented, and delivered with quality and precision.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer business systems and APIs to understand and design how they can integrate with the Bango Platform
- Support the technical lead on complex integrations when required to define Integration Engineering development scope
- Produce clear and detailed technical documentation, including interface designs, sequence diagrams, test requirements, and handover specifications.
- Configure and test new customer integrations, validating data flow and connectivity.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure integrations deliver the full benefit of the Bango Platform and meet both customer and internal expectations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by following and refining best practices across the Delivery function.
- Deliver solutions that are robust, monitorable, and supportable in production, meeting Bango’s quality standards.
Essentials
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar technical or integration role.
- Strong documentation skills, able to translate technical complexity into clear and structured materials.
- Solid understanding of web APIs (e.g., REST, JSON) and experience using tools such as Postman.
- Proven ability to interpret third-party systems and define effective integration approaches.
- Confident communicator, comfortable leading discussions with customers and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving.
- Customer-focused mindset, with a proactive and reliable way of working.
- Organized, accountable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- A natural curiosity and desire to continue learning and developing technical and analytical skills.
Desirables
- Experience in a SaaS or Cloud environment (e.g., AWS).
- Familiarity with mobile network operator or subscription enablement APIs and flows.
- Experience working on cross-border projects across different time zones or business cultures.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer or internal collaboration.
