Role
As Senior Product Manager you will play a key role in building the Digital Vending Machine®, where every subscription partnership starts. Reporting to the VP of Products, you will play a pivotal role in translating the company’s product strategy into objectives for your product team. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities and shaping ideas that address the needs of our customers and continue to drive our success.We seek an effective product person, a product thinker who likes to be hands on, using multiple inputs to drive the product forwards. You will be passionate about building great products and will evangelise product management best practice methods for B2B SaaS products.You will work collaboratively with teams across the business, leading with influence, including Engineering, Sales, Delivery, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive the product towards the product vision, ensuring your product meet customer needs, and are successfully brought to market.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Leadership: Own the strategy and roadmap for your product domain; translate strategic goals into measurable initiatives with clear business outcomes; champion a data-informed and commercially astute product culture.
- Team Culture: Foster a collaborative, high-performing product culture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Align across the product teams, ensuring end to end focus; align stakeholders across the company engineering, delivery, marketing, sales; drive successful launches and ongoing product success.
- Discovery & Delivery: Lead discovery, hypothesis validation, and solution shaping; prioritize across customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility - including revenue and cost considerations.
Essentials
- 3+ years of experience in B2B product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS or platform business environment.
- Proven track record of end-to-end ownership of product areas and in delivering product value in environments with shifting priorities and evolving requirements.
- Ability to see how different squads’ outputs fit into the bigger product vision, dependencies, and risks.
- Strong discovery, hypothesis-testing, and customer validation skills.
- Ground in product viability, with a solid understanding of revenue drivers, cost structures, and how product decisions impact unit economics and profitability.
- Technical fluency to be comfortable discussing APIs - you don’t need to code, but you do need to speak engineer and technical audiences.
- Experienced working cross-functionally with engineering, delivery, commercial and support teams.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills - able to listen deeply, influence stakeholders, and articulate decisions clearly.
- Ability to represent complex product decisions clearly, persuasively, and with supporting rationale.
Desirables
- Domain & Market Knowledge: Experience with subscriptions, entitlements, telco integration; exposure to monetization, pricing models, or contract structures.
- Technical Environment: Understanding of platform business models and technical customer roles; exposure to cloud-native environments and DevOps practices.
- Leadership & Culture: Comfortable in transparent, low-politics, high-trust cultures.
