I lead the People function at Bango, partnering with leaders and managers across the business to foster a high-performing culture and create a positive employee experience at every stage of the employee journey. I enjoy building trusted relationships, solving complex people challenges, and empowering managers to help their teams thrive. 

The THRIVE people strategy brings together manager development, employee experience, wellbeing and operational excellence into a clear framework that supports our people while driving long-term growth at Bango, an area I am particularly proud of and committed to continually improving.

Having progressed from internal recruiter to Head of People reflects the opportunities available at Bango for people who are curious, ambitious, and willing to challenge themselves. It’s something I actively encourage others to embrace, because investing in our people is fundamental to our success.

• Skiing or snowboarding? Snowboarding, every time! I learnt to ski when I was six before changing it up and learning to snowboard at ten, and I’ve never looked back. We go every year, and it’s my favorite type of holiday… There’s nothing quite like that first chairlift to the top of the mountain.
• I completed the London Marathon in 2018 (yes, the year it was… hot!). Part of my training had been in snow and ice, so marathon day was a bit of a shock to the system!
• In my spare time you can mostly find me in the garden with my family. I love to grow flowers from seed, there’s something pretty cool about watching your seedlings go from your windowsill/greenhouse and then watching them bloom in the garden.
